My realtor recommended p2p. I didn't think it was a good idea to take a realtor's recommdation for a home inspector, since the realtor's main interest is to get the house sold quickly. But since I had no time to research, I took her recommendation, thinking the inspector would fly through with no findings. To my surprise, he did a thorough job and had some findings.
